handling is performed via four micro-stepping controlled piston pumps, with tip
picking and separate aspirating needles for washing the wells. The microplate
is automatically tilted for aspiration to avoid touching the microarray at the
bottom of the well during aspiration.
integral camera can image the wells at the end of the assay and save the images
in various formats for interpretation by third party software. The camera
system can be set up to image from above or below the microplate well.
